I have worked for the Treasury Department for over 36 years. Starting in the Ogden Campus, working in Submission Processing, Adjusting accounts, Auditor, and Audit reconsiderations, then moved on to work at the local walk in offices in several states. These experiences have made it possible for me to understand IRS processes and advocate on behalf of you and your customers. I deal with customers everyday to identity systemic issues are elevated to fix and reduce burden to all. With the Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TBOR) being codified this has made my job much easier to support both the National Taxpayer Advocate, Nina Olson’s mission, as well as the IRS. Clearly this job is my passion and I’m glad to be part of such a wonderful organization.
